Within 30 days of the product’s delivery, claims for products that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed must be filed. All claims for packages misplaced during transportation must be made no later than thirty days following the projected delivery date. We will pay for any claims that we determine to be the result of our error.

By default, the Printful facility is the return address. You will receive an automatic email notification as soon as we receive a returned package. Thirty days following the sale, unclaimed returns are given to charity. Should you choose to utilise Printful’s address as the return address, you will be responsible for paying for any shipments that are returned to you.
Incorrect Address : The cargo will be returned to our facilities if you or your end user supply the courier with an address that is deemed inadequate. Once we have verified a revised address with you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed: If a shipment is returned to our facility without being claimed, you will be responsible for paying for a new shipment to either your end user or yourself (if and as appropriate).
You hereby accept that any purchases returned due to incorrect shipping addresses or failure to claim shipments will not be eligible for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your expense (without us offering a refund) if you haven’t created an account on printful.com and entered a paying method.

Sealed products, including but not limited to face masks, that are unfit for return for hygienic or health-related reasons are not returnable to Printful. By returning an order, you understand that face masks will not be accepted for reshipment and will be disposed of.

Printful therefore retains the right, in its sole discretion, to reject returns.
